Synopsis
A key organizer of the underground movement to support American GIs opposed to the US war in Vietnam, Max Watts, a survivor of Nazism when a boy, spent his life committed to political action for a better world.

We, the filmmakers are appealing to supporters and donors to consider making a donation by June 30th or beyond towards the budget for the final phase of film that needs to be done for 'A SETUP (8Act of War)'
